Should I say something more? I'm back bitches. I missed out a lot but I went @ Otaku Expo both days and what can I say? Cosplay has really gone downhill, almost 90% of the people from day 1 were K-poopers, 5 % Pedos, and only 5 % were Cosplayers. The only thing that gave me enough joy was the Figure Display and Blazblue Philippines.

Day 2 was more crowded than Day 1 and I think that more cosplayers came because it was a double event. There was Hero Face-Off 2 and O.E. People were swarming everywhere and Pedos were ambushing their favorite lolis. SOMEONE SHOULD UPDATE ME!

DotA Boys
The thing about the social gaming culture is that, aside from keeping kids away from books, there doesn't seem to be much harm in joining the craze. When you play DotA or HoN or LoL, not only do you get better in strategy or even leadership, but you also make friends.

Why are DotA Boys so bad then? The answer would be because Dota Boys don't do anything but play the mentioned competitive games. They pay very little attention to school, which consequently leaves them unarmed for greater challenges other than usurping the enemy base.

DotA Boys end up being the cannon fodder of society, relegated to mindless labor and American cock-sucking factories known as call centers. The only future they can bring to the country is a future of corporate slaves and blue collar trash.

Gossip Girls
It's no secret that, thanks to the media and an ever so malleable society, the population is becoming less conservative and more "open-minded". Sadly, by open-minded I don't mean people are learning how to use their brains constructively. Instead of open-minded, they open their legs more, even at a younger age.

Gossip Girls are a breed of today's youth that are into, well, Gossip Girl. If you haven't heard of Gossip Girl, it's basically a novel series for teens about being rich and using your financial and social status to get as much dick as you can. Popularized by its TV show adaptation which features making out every 5 minutes, Gossip Girl has been turning prepubescent innocent virgins into sex freaks.

When you say Facebook or Twitter, self-respecting adults shake their heads in shame. Social networking websites gave birth to a menace that will forever plague the Internet. Social networking websites gave birth to Social Networking Whores.

Social Networking Whores network more than they socialize. They're those annoying online personalities with appalling Facebook profiles and gratingly annoying status updates. Oftentimes they have a dozen albums titled "Vain", "Vainness", "Vanity", or other variations which all contain over a hundred of extreme close-up self-portraits. You never know what these are for, but they say "vanity" made them do it.

4channers
In this day and age, with so many entertainment options available on a performance PC with a fast Internet connection, more young people are growing up to be shut-ins. The worst class of shut-ins are the 4channers, a scornful bunch of juvenile kids who frequent frivolous and politically incorrect websites such as 4chan.

These Internet generation babies think they're smarter than everyone else because they're members of online communities composed of elitist scum. After years of being fed "memes" and infantile humor, they gain a warped view of society and an equally distorted personality.

Eventually, 4channers become worse than their video game/anime nerd siblings. They think it's funny to make fun of dead people, they have a selection of despicable fetishes, and they're increasingly devoid of human element as time goes by.

Cosplayers

Cosplayers can be any of the above PLUS they occasionally dress up as cartoon characters or cardboard robots. Productivity reaches a new low when you're a cosplayer, because cosplayers spend most of their lives making costumes, prancing around conventions in otherworldly fashion, posing for perverted photographers to gain an ego boost, and managing their ever growing fan pages.

They also take stupidity to a new level, because they don't understand that being weird and "unique" doesn't make them special - it makes them laughable and worthy of ridicule. Additionally, as explained by a fellow PinoyCosplay writer, cosplayers aren't exactly right in the head.

If you're a cosplayer, I ask you this: when was the last time you did something for the common good? It can't be a charitable donation that you told everyone about to make you feel good about yourself, or something as silly as "cosplaying for a cause" because you know damn well it was just an excuse for you to go out there and strut your stuff.

Come on, I dare you.

The 4 types of Pinoy Otaku: A short psychological analysis

Seeing as you are reading this at pinoycosplay.blogspot.com, I'm sure you are already aware of what the term "Otaku" means. But for those the sake of the idiots out there, here is a brief overview.

Otaku (おたく / オタク), as defined by wikipedia, is a Japanese term used to refer to people with obsessive interests, particularly anime, manga, or video games.

Now there are several types of Otaku, but today I shall only discuss the 4 most common types of otaku frequenting our Philippine culture and the personality disorder that can be associated with them.

1. Anime and Manga Otaku: The Schizotypal

These otakus have an obsessive interest which mainly focuses on animation and comics. Mostly consisting of pimply fat chicks, they are the most common type which can be found in the pinoy cosplay scene. They create their own little fantasy world filled with anime bishounens and rabu~rabu~ and this schizotypal tendency hinders them from creating "normal" relationships thus, making them school outcasts and bottom feeders of the social food chain.

2. Cosplay Otaku: The Histrionic

"Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive emotionality and attention-seeking, including an excessive need for approval and inappropriately seductive behavior, usually beginning in early adulthood. These individuals are lively, dramatic, enthusiastic, and flirtatious." -Seriously? Do I even need to explain this?

3. Game Otaku: The anti-social

Game Otaku or "Gemu Otaku" are otakus with obsessive interest in playing video games. Most commonly played games are Dating Simulation Games, Role-Playing Games (RPG), and Massive Multi-player On-line Role Playing Games (MMORPG).

I asked a patient who is a gamer once what makes videogames so addictive. He told me that in the gaming world, there are no attachments. There are rules but they can be bypassed. You don't have to care about others. It's just you and the game. Nothing else matters.

From this short interview alone you can see why people with anti-social personality disorder are so attached to gaming. ASPD (anti-social personality disorder) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a pervasive pattern of disregard for, violation of, the rights of others. Their traits include failure to confirm to social norms, impulsiveness, irritability or aggression, and lack of remorse to name a few.

Surely enough, you don't feel remorse when you’re shooting down a counter-terrorist. On the contrary, it excites you. The thrill of killing gives you such a high that no other drug can produce.

4. Figure and Doll Otakus: The Obsessive-Compulsive

Figure Otakus are otakus with obsessive interests in collectibles like posters, accessories, and mecha figures and of course, dolls.

These Otakus possess a freakish love for control and details. Everything has to be perfect. From color, to texture heck even brush strokes. These people have a constant need to make things absolutely perfect. Their preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism and control makes them perfect candidates for people with obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.

There you have it folks. I just want to point out though that not all otakus have these personality disorders. However if you feel like you can strongly associate with what I have written here, rest assured that all of these personality disorders listed have existing treatment plans. There is still hope for you left.

Anime Decay: Why There Will Never Be Another Madoka

In the wake of the tsunami disaster in Japan, a recent animated series managed to get to its highly-anticipated ending. An ending that everyone had been waiting with bated breath for, even during the wake of such a tragedy. That anime is Mahou Shoujo Magica Madoka, arguably one of the best animated series that Japan has ever had the pleasure of pinching off out of its tentacle-infested, super robot-dilated ring muscle.

I'm not saying it's the best. The series in itself is riddled with quite a few plot holes, dodgy animation, and often awkward characterization. Some scenes important to the plot itself (most especially the stinger at the end about the existence of the magical bastard Kyuubey) tend to wear out their welcome, and a pivotal fight scene (while intense and fun to watch) between two characters is fraught with stock animation recycling.

I can say, however, that it is the Evangelion of this generation. The ending shocked everyone, and it's still being talked about today. Episode 3, Homura's Last Stand, Madoka's final gambit, the series is full of unexpected twists that legitimately surprised even the most jaded of watchers, and pulled them off with such aplomb that you can't help but be carried away by the emotions caused by them. This is that episode in Gundam where Char does something magical with his Zaku. This is that episode in Masked Rider Black where Kuya Robert punches Shadowmoon's fucking face off for breaking Battle Hopper AGAIN. This is that episode where Shinji finally mans up and has a..I don't know, something you do with naked girls, with Asuka and that blue-haired chick.

There will never be another Madoka. Unless Gen puts up a sequel.

What this generally means to cosplayers in general is that if you're going to cosplay a character from this anime, please, please watch the series. It's available on any streaming website you can Google. It's downloadable, somewhere. Buy the Blu-Ray. Don't just look at the character designs at the wiki and pick whoever you want. Know what these fictional 2D characters went through. Know their story. You owe them that. You owe ME that.

...Or just cosplay as Kyoko and Homura and start humping each other, whatever works, really.

How to respect "boobs" in the cosplay community, the gentleman way

As a gentleman, I must admit to the wonders of creation. Trees grow, birds fly and sing, and love exists between us, human beings. Our bodies are also wonders in themselves, and like any other person, I have once been perplexed at the human body. And I think that it is timely since GT posted recent boob reviews which attest to his wonder at creation(erm), I thought that it is only fitting that I try my hand at writing about boobs, in a gentlemanly way, and applied in the cosplay community.

As men, we just have to accept the cold, hard fact that we are interested in the bosoms of women, whether they may be ample, flat or gigantic(whatever gets you off, sport.) But what we fail to forget, that as gentlemen, it should not be our main interest in a lady.Respect and true love comes first; but since it's "right in front of us", we should tackle the topic "upfront". Here is PancitLomi's nonperverted guide to boobs.

1. Never look at it for more than a split second, and never more than once.

Remember, that your interest should not be in the chest of your cosplay goddess, but your interest should be focused on her as a whole, as a person. Therefore, if you fancy a gander at her beautiful bosom,then never look at it for more thana split second. Never look at it more than once; only perverts do that. Besides, if you don't ingrain that positively beautiful image in your memory in one try, there's a chance you'll get caught looking and be apprehended for it.

2.If you're going to compliment her, compliment everything but her boobs.

This isn't exactly rocket science. What kind of detestable nitwit compliments a girl's boobs, thinking that he'll get some "pogi points" off it? You'll only look like a pervert and an idiot, both of which are ungentlemanly traits. As a gentleman, it is your task to protect these ladies and block the cameras of evil lust. If you caught one pervographer focusing his camera on boobs, then tap him in the shoulder and reprimand him for it, and ask that person politely to delete the photograph. There's nothing wrong about doing it-it's a lot better than doing nothing and not having a care. People go to conventions to see great cosplay, not boobs, and so should you.

4.No physical contact, and respect her personal space, physical and otherwise.

When taking pictures with a cosplayer, never initiate physical contact. Don't hug, don't touch, don't put your arm around her, and don't get anywhere remotely near her boobs. Imagine if a total stranger acted all weird with you and just touched you. Wouldn't that be a bother? Especially when you're scantily clad and every male organism in the vicinity is a possible suspect. Also, provide her ample personal space by not asking questions such as whether she has a boyfriend or a kid. If you seem invasive of her personal space, she will hide in her shell and look at you as a scary pervert from inside.

5.Don't try to be a white knight. Actions speak louder than words.

Prove that you're a man and convey your thoughts with your actions rather than words. Just like number 3, do your best to block cameras that are taking weird pictures of your cosplay goddess. By not enacting physical contact, you're proving that you're respecting her space with your actions. Respect the bosom of your cosplay goddess(and her, too)through what you do, not what you only say. There is no better way to better way to express your ideals than your actions. Trolling her Facebook fans is a no-no.

6.If you want some time alone, approach her when she's changed.

Some cosplayers wear skimpy costumes that sometimes reveal some parts of their bosom, so its not ideal to approach your cosplay goddess while she's in full gear. First, because she's enjoying her time as a cosplayer and showing off her costume, and second, because its ill-advised to do so since it shows that you're only interested in her while she's in cosplay gear, or you're either interested in her boobs. Boobs do not constitute the woman as a whole; you might like them, but there is a lot more wondrous things that there is in a woman other than her rack. So approach her when she's done cosplaying, introduce yourself, and keep your eyes and your mind off her rack and just focus on her.

I tend to shy away from locally made indie comics not because of their minuscule price tags, but because I've never really come across any title that reached out to me. In fact, the reason why I'm confident about dabbling into the manga scene is because, in my knowledge, pretty much everything published independently out there is putrid crap. Either it's trying too hard to be Filipino or they completely lack identity, stuck somewhere between Japanese manga tropes and a failed attempt to be familiar with the Filipino audience.

Truth be told, I haven't seen every single indie comic out there. Perhaps I am simply oblivious to the good stuff that actually do exist. I want to find out, so I dare you to send me scans or even links to scans of local indie manga that you think I'll be able to read through the end without pulling a single hair out in frustration of how incompetent people can be.

In the fickle world of cosplaying, relationships start and end in the bat of an eyelid. Personally speaking, I’m totally against it since relationships should be sincere, and entering one should be for all the right reasons one has. However, one can never deny that if a relationship fails, there is a person at fault, whether it is the man, or the lady.

Even so, have you woken up one morning, walked into the bathroom and looked inside your boxers before you take a piss? What do you see? Besides your shlong, that’s right, you’re going to see your testicles. In your many years of existence, maybe you haven’t even asked why you have it, but the answer is a lot more simple(and less scientific) than you think it is: you’re a man.

And what do real men do instead of pointing fingers when a relationship breaks down? They look at their own faults and correct themselves. Rather than wallowing in self-pity and watching re-runs of 5cm per second, we improve ourselves with everyday that passes. So here it is, PancitLomi’s guide to doing it right with cosplaying girlfriends.

1.If you want to know a girl, approach her in real life. Often times,when a guy spots an attractive cosplayer, he doesn’t even take time to sincerely and actually interact with the girl. Instead he waits until he gets home, logs on to his multiply account and starts searching for photo albums pertaining to the convention, where he might chance upon pictures of the girl he was interested in.

A few questions later, he now knows her every social networking username, where he will bug the girl like hell. This should not be the case; real relationships start with real conversations. Gather all the courage you have, and talk to her and introduce yourself like a real gentleman should. It’ll show how confident you are of yourself, and it’s a lot better than stalking all her facebook, twitter, tumblr or other whatnot social networking accounts.

2.Give tangible gifts, not facebook gifts. Seriously, how can you be proud of giving your cosplay goddess an intangible, permutating group of 2d sprites and pixels pretending to be animals you facebook-tards like to call pets? Go get the lady a real present, dammit, from a crane machine (even if you suck at it like GT) or a well-thought out gift shop. Think about it: would she be happy if she received a Tommy Gun or a Bat Transformation skill in facebook than a gift you’ve saved up all your money for?

Alternatively, a lot of ladies appreciate gifts you made yourself, as long as its tangible. For example, you could give her a bento you cooked yourself, with fried rice, hotdogs and an omelette in it. After you give it, give her a nice little Japanese bow, to show your respect and admiration for her.

3.Do not declare your relationship status online. Real relationships happen offline. Don’t wait for her to change her facebook status to “in a relationship” to confirm the reciprocation of her love, and don’t freak out when she still appears as “single” after you’ve dated for the nth time. Make it official like real men do – face to face, in person, with your dick properly tucked in.

4.Pick on someone your own size. Not literally someone whos the same size as you are, but someone who is just as old as you are. Someone you can consider an intellectual equal and who’ll gain the same value of mutual benefits.

You see, there’s something really magical with homologous relationships. It’s like getting a déjà vu of stepping on dog jumblar; it’s destined. It’s like Peanut butter & Jelly.It’s like Tito, Vic & Joey.There’s something really right with it. Cross that line, and there’s something really wrong with it. Normally, it’s okay if it’s a one to two year gap, but six or seven years? Come on. That’s both pedophilia and incest. You can’t even get proper conversations from that setup, unless the older guy can act half his brain age.

If you’re that old from her, you’re supposed to act like a big brother who’ll steer her into the right path of the moral compass, not steer her into your, well, yeah. And you cosplayers even say it’s a normal thing in the pinoy cosplay scene? Well read this, and fuck you! *erm.* Besides, it’s a lot easier to be introduced to a girl’s parents when you’re not over half a decade older and when the parents are not flinching when they hear your age.

5.Real confessions are handwritten, not typewritten. Even the infamous Palmtop Tiger did this. Ok, so she maybe a female, but real men do write on pink, scented hello-kitty designed stationery for the girl they like, and they aren’t bothered by the idea of doing so. Why? Because they know that what they do is for the happiness of the lady they love. It takes a lot of balls to write it out and give it to that one special person and definitely a lot of effort is needed, too.

Instead of texting or chatting online, there’s a real challenge with writing down all you warm fuzzy feelings on a piece of paper that attacks your manhood the moment you look at it and smell it’s girly aromatics, even more so when you start writing on it. This also isn’t just about confessions. Love letters, poems, cheesy diatribes – they all should be painstakingly written on paper with every ounce of dedication you can give, not digitally transcribed by just a few keystrokes.

6. Break ups involve real tears, not emoticons crying.- :)

7. Spend real time with her. Instead of chatting and texting, there’s a real sense of sincerity with spending time with her, and the girl will feel happy if you’re happy around her. Remember, real life interactions always beats the coldness of online and telephone convos. For those of you who don’t know, its an age-old chanero tactic for dick-minded photographers to invite the cosplay girl they “like”, and the girl, looking at it as an innocent and harmless event goes to the said “photo-shoot” where they take “pictures” of her in cosplay gear.

If you’re a real man, you will state your supposedly unperverted intentions to the cosplaying girl you’re interested in, and that you wish to have a date with her, rather than deceive her. Sometimes, girls do appreciate that kind of old-school sincerity. If you get turned down, well, you have to respect her decision.

If you do get a thumbs-up and a soul melting smile, remember: you do NOT take her to La Mesa Eco Park; You take her to Makkan Sutra or any nice restaurant to have a nice little dinner. You do not point your camera at her skirt to fill your SD card with fap fuel; you take her to a romantic carousel ride and treasure the memories in your head. It’s all about being straight to the point, honest and gentlemanly to your cosplaying goddess.

9. Make sure that when you lay your hands on her shoulders and get your picture taken together, it’s not the first time you see her on the cosplay floor. Consider the position of the cosplaying girl. It’s both awkwards and scary to be held so close to a complete stranger. And besides, don’t act like you know her that well, and remember that she doesn’t know who you are, too.

10. Stop buying her online on friends for sale. Seriously, stop it. If you’re right in the head and you aren’t missing nuts and bolts from your cranium, you know all too well that there’s something wrong with buying and selling people online even if it’s just a game. Your friends, especially your cosplay goddess is supposed to be priceless, and should not amount to any kind of online moolah. Imagine summing up to only 1,000,000 dollars. That is freakin’ pathetic, you’re a human being, for crying out loud!

If you really want to be sincere enough by gratifying her material needs, spend some real money for her. Work hard for that money. Invest time in making her happy not by amassing virtual dough but sweating for real cold cash.

Well, there you go, folks. To sum it all up, stop being insensitive jerks and start actually caring for the cosplayer you are in a relationship in. No matter how weird or eccentric they may be, act like a real gentleman, be sincere, honest and courteous and thoughful, and every little thing’s gonna be alright. Also remember that when you’re in the world of cosplay, you’re not exactly dealing with the sanest and most sensible people on the planet. Over the course of Pinoy Cosplay's lifespan, I've seen idiots learn how to think and haters come to realize that they've been as pathetic as I make them out to be. Through a series of simple blog posts, I've been able to cause small but relatively significant waves in the growing cosplay community.

I find this very interesting, and I want to take things further. I want a new medium with which I can reach a wider audience and send more messages across. Of course, there's more to that, but you bastards should consider yourselves lucky enough to hear this much from me.

Writing alone is out of the question. Personally, I don't like too much reading. You know those people who complain when a book doesn't have enough pictures? That's me. Besides, manga is easier to pick up and read. There is less text to go through and the visuals can be very engaging.

Being a newcomer to this field, I want to try my hand at all sorts of stories and genres to get a feel for what I can really do with manga. I've been working on a couple of shonen manga to wet my feet in the shonen side of things, but I also have plans for shojo.

So lately some professional cosplay princess having sex at 14 has been all the rage, with one side saying the whore did an evil act, while another contends her crime is being a whore and not popping her cherry at a young age. In these discussions the great GT tends to lean towards the former proposition. Now I will explain why.

Let me start off by saying I'm against the RH Bill because of three simple things:

RH Bill means less virgins to bleed dry.
I do not use condoms anyway. Girls should take pills in case of accidental spills.
RH Bill is just another vehicle for corruption. I pay my taxes and I don't want it wasted on that shit.

On the topic of underage sex and its dire effects on teens, there is little I can put on the table that you will not find in self-help books and other publications relating to the issue at hand. I just want to be on the record so you annoying fuckers would stop asking me about it, or at least retort with something new.

Early sex can fuck you up in a myriad of ways. You know what happens to victims of child-molesting? How about the story behind a lot of porn stars who aren't in it for the fame and glory? No need to even mention the teen moms because everyone knows about them already.

It would be strenuously time-consuming to elaborate on this point in great detail, so you should look up the answers to my questions yourself. On my part I've met a few psycho bitches who'd do Freud proud for proving his breakthroughs in psychoanalysis, and a lot more "sexually active" young women who definitely have different personalities from those who have tighter holes.

Early sex diminishes the "magic" of sex. In this day in age romance and human intimacy are already losing rapidly to the advent of technology. Why write a letter when you can tag your lover on a note? Why talk to her in person or on the phone when you can just chat online? (This is tricky because I keep in mind that my readers are mostly cosplayers, who happen to be socially retarded which often come together with terrible conversational skills or speech impediments.)

In today's era people's view on sex has changed as much as communication has, so we can draw parallels here. Like whispering sweet nothings and going on wonderful dates which have been taken for granted, sex is losing its value. From a generation that revered the first kiss, we are now seeing kids who fuck like dogs as soon as the guy can maintain an erection.

The result? Sex is becoming less of a deeply intimate and privileged experience to be shared with a loved one. Instead, it is turning into more of a dating staple than taking a walk in the park or watching a movie together. Why? Because sex is now a kiddy thing. I still find it outrageous that Gossip Girl is for teens, and I'm not exactly the first guy you'd call old-fashioned. Suddenly, sleeping around with every "hottie" in town is good reading material for 13-year-olds.

Early sex equals regret. Countless of published studies show that a great number of adults who had their first sex before they turned 17 regret not waiting. The headcount of sour ones is dwindling, but this is often attributed to increasingly pervasive external factors such as peer pressure and the media. In other words, there is very little to suggest that sex simply has become less mysterious and taboo.

Nothing positively lowers the average age of devirginization; it is merely a cultural byproduct of the oversexualized media (because sex sells), among other things. Sex as a kid is still a matter of regret as it was a few years ago, only it doesn't bother kids these days too much because of desensitization.

5 Ways a Gentleman SHOULD NOT Handle a Break-up

Let’s face it-relationships end, for whatever reason and purpose. Sometimes other relationships last longer, and others end a lot earlier than expected. And sometimes, these break-ups are messy. But what most people fail to realize and actualize after a break-up is there is still supposed to be respect for the other party. Gentlemen do not act bitter and brag about stuff that they did with a girl they just broke up with to get even-it’s juvenile, disrespectful and ungentlemanly.

Inasmuch as I would not want to point this out, most of the relationships in cosplay communities end very badly-and I feel that it is an obligation of a gentleman to see to it that break-ups end smoothly, even though it may hurt so much to depart from the grace of your cosplay goddess, and no matter how bitter, anger and hurtful you might feel, it is not appropriate to “get even”. So, without further ado-here is PancitLomi’s guide, on What a Gentleman SHOULD NOT do in a break-up.

Do not talk about your “encounters” and your “first time”.

It is your obligation to keep your encounters, especially the sexual ones to yourself. Be a Fort Knox of stories of your relationship. You do not need to be a gentleman to know that only douchebags kiss and tell. Only liars, braggarts and snakes kiss and tell, and that clearly denotes that you have no respect for your former relationship, your former lover, and most importantly, for yourself.

Keep it to yourself, and shut up. Gentlemen also treat women with the deepest courtesy and respect, and talking about your “encounters” might make you feel more of a man, but in truth, it makes you less of a man. You’re acting like a queer who just loooves gossip. ( and balls.)

Do not spill her deepest, darkest secrets.

Spilling her secrets means that you are the one that hurts the most, and you are at the losing end of the break up. And like number 1, it shows that you clearly lack respect for the woman that you once loved( or probably still loves). Also, I think that there is a fitting word if you spill her secrets: butthurt.

Real men can take the hurt no matter what, and real gentlemen conduct themselves properly. If she has webbed feet, or a hideously gigantic birthmark somewhere in her body, keep it a secret. Is she into really “weird” or “deviant” behaviour that the public would find detestable? It is your obligation to shut your trap and not talk about it. Remember the keywords: Respect, and butthurt.

Do not send her “pictures” to a popular blogger.

Let’s say, that in the heat of the moment, things got very pleasantly nasty between you and your cosplay goddess in the past, and you two have done the said pleasantly nasty things and kept records of it such as pictures, or um, videos.

If this happened, and you two have already agreed to a break-up, then it is no fair to keep such explicit material. It is your obligation to delete/destroy them, and you SHOULD NOT, under any circumstance, give it or show it to anyone, especially a popular blogger. No thanks to technology, pictures like this will spread like wildfire in mere seconds, and boom. Everyone can see and use it in whatever way they desire.

Again, with the keyword: Respect. Remember that you once loved this cosplay goddess, you once cherished her above all else, and it isn’t right to just destroy her because you guys broke up. Isn’t it a little contradictory? Respect her, and respect yourself, no matter how hurt you are. Take it like a man.

Do not post hateful comments on every Facebook status she makes.

Technology makes it all the more easier for douchebags to do more douchebaggery. But even if that happens all the time, remember that gentlemen conduct themselves in a proper manner, no matter what situation presents itself, and the internet is no exception. And in the case of break-ups, do not use the internet to direct your hatred.

Remember the second keyword: butthurt. If she posts something on Facebook, don’t comment with something hateful or spiteful. In fact, don’t comment at all. There’s a reason why you guys broke up-you needed space and time away from each other. That kind of defeats the purpose if you post on each and every status update that she makes. No matter what she says, don’t let hate cloud your vision, young Padawan; be guided by the Force, make the right decision of not vexing or being hateful towards her, and be a gentleman.

Do not bash her ex and future boyfriends.

Everybody’s over. Do yourself a favour and move on! If she was with somebody else and you want to act like a dick and bash the shit out of him, I’m going to stop you right there-don’t do it. Remember the first keyword-Respect. Maybe we’ll throw in butthurt for good measure too.

He was something in the past, and you have nothing to do with him, even if he says something or does something towards you- ignore him. If she’s with someone new or if there’s already someone who’s courting her, ignore the fuck out of it. The keyword here is IGNORE. Gentlemen abhor conflict because it is improper. It is chaotic, and it is often times, senseless. Again, even though you’re hurting, remember that everybody’s over. Stop making a fuss and again, take it like a man.

There you go, gentlemen. But all in all, you just need to keep in mind one word: Respect. Respect, dawg. Always keep it in your mind and act accordingly in respect of your former girlfriend and the people around her. And the best thing about it is that if you followed the above rules, you have acted in a mature and gentlemanly manner. Remember that pain always fades, you’ll get through the break-up in no time at all, and it is not wise to act based on how she hurt you.
